OPEN GYMS

The goal of the club in utilizing the open gym format is to ease new and returning members of the club into weekly volleyball practice. After the long summer hiatus (and the softball season) it is often useful to restart volleyball practices and to prepare for the coming season. The open gyms follow the format of the club practices in the coming months - we stretch and warm-up, do drills, and then scrimmage.
